We ship with Australia Post’s eParcel delivery service. Order before 11am EST and your goods will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
Most Metropolitan areas will receive orders within 1-3 business days. For regional areas and Western Australia please allow 3-5 business days.

We all make mistakes sometimes, so in the event that you need to exchange something follow these steps:
All requests for item returns must be made to Alfie’s Friend Rolfe via e-mail within 5 days of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchangeable or returnable goods must be approved for return with a Returns Authority (RA) number. Please note there are no refunds or exchange on sale items. Once you have received your RA you may send the item back to:

Items must be received in the original condition and must not have been worn, damaged, altered, washed or dry cleaned. Returned items must still have swing tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Refunds are available in the event that the item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
After 5 days from purchase, all sales are final. Returns will not be accepted after that time.
All garments must be returned to Alfie’s Friend Rolfe at the expense of the purchaser via Registered Australian Post. Alfie’s Friend Rolfe will not take responsibility for lost items that were not registered.

Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Alfaro & Roxburgh PTY LTD (“Alfie’s Friend Rolfe”). By completing the customer application process and using www.alfiesfriendrolfe.com.au You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
These terms and conditions and the terms of the order are the entire agreement between you and Alfie’s Friend Rolfe. The Agreement exists between You and Alfie’s Friend Rolfe once Alfie’s Friend Rolfe receives and accepts an Order. No obligation to sell or supply the Goods will arise until the Order is received and accepted. Each order may be accepted by Alfie’s Friend Rolfe at its absolute discretion. Each Order is a separate agreement.
Purchase orders and delivery of goods
You will place an Order with Alfie’s Friend Rolfe by selecting goods, entering your Personal and Payment Details and pressing the “purchase” button.
Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by Alfie’s Friend Rolfe to be authorised to receive the Goods on Your behalf.
In the event no one can sign at your address, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office. All packages require signature upon delivery by Australia Post. As all parcels need to be signed for we ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Deliveries will occur between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Exact times cannot be given.
Risk and title
Risk and title in the Goods belongs to You upon delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Address.
If You are unsatisfied with the Goods You have purchased, please contact Alfie’s Friend Rolfe at email@example.com at any time or 02 9361 0220 (between 10:30am-6:30pm Monday-Friday) within 5 days of receiving your Goods to request a Return Authorisation (RA).
You may only return the garment/s if it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. The garment must be free of any make-up and deodorant marks. Merchandise which is in a saleable condition may be refunded or exchanged when accompanied by the original order receipt and RA number.
After 5 days sales are FINAL. No price adjustments.
All sale items are FINAL. No exchange or refunds on sale items.
Returns must be sent via Registered post. Alfie’s Friend Rolfe will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases (except if the item is faulty).
Please note that in the circumstance of an exchange, we are only able to offer size exchanges. Items you exchange for a different size will be shipped at our cost. If we do not have the required size in stock you will be granted a refund. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. If you are outside of Australia you will need to pay for duties and taxes on the replacement item (except if the item is faulty).
Occasionally, technical problems may delay or prevent delivery of a purchased Product. In the event that you receive a defective physical Product, we recommend that you contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provided that you return such defective physical Product to us, we will provide you with a full refund.
We will not be liable to you for failures, defects or delays in delivery caused by:
-Your provision of incorrect or outdated information;
-Your failure to comply with instructions for use of the Alfie’s Friend Rolfe website; or
-Any event which is outside of our reasonable control.
Packaging and labelling of goods
All goods sent out by Alfie’s Friend Rolfe will be sent out in the most suitable packaging for the item/items purchased to ensure protection of the item. Care labels will appear on all garments and should be followed strictly.
Price of goods and payment
The price You shall pay for the Goods shall be the price specified on the website. You also agree to pay the delivery and handling fee including goods and services tax (Australia Only) which Alfie’s Friend Rolfe is required to collect from You. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Alfie’s Friend Rolfe prices are subject to variation without notice. The price payable for the Goods shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.
Soon we will also accept Visa and Mastercard payments. Currently we only accept payments through PayPal for your security and ease of payment.
Alternatively, if you’d rather speak to a person, please give us a call on (02) 9361 0220 and we will process your order over the phone if possible. All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange this if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the Exchanges and Returns instructions.
You are licensed to use the Alfie’s Friend Rolfe website on your computer for Your use in purchasing Goods from Alfie’s Friend Rolfe. You acknowledge that you are not permitted to make any other use of the Alfie’s Friend Rolfe website.
You acknowledge that Alfie’s Friend Rolfe or its related corporations own or are licensed to use all Intellectual Property Rights in Alfie’s Friend Rolfe (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs or text which appears on the website). You agree that You will make no representation to the contrary, and that You must not use or copy Alfie’s Friend Rolfe in any manner which is inconsistent with the rights of the owner or licensee of such Intellectual Property Rights.
You acknowledge that any trademarks or logos which appear on the Alfie’s Friend Rolfe website are owned by or licensed to Alfie’s Friend Rolfe, and that You must not do anything to prejudice the rights of the trade mark owner or licensee to such trademarks or logos.
To the extent permitted by law, You agree that any liability of Alfie’s Friend Rolfe arising out of or in connection with any breach of any express or implied warranty or condition in respect of goods or services supplied to You through use of Alfie’s Friend Rolfe will be limited to:
(a) if the condition relates to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
(b) if the condition relates to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
You agree that the entire risk arising out of installation, downloading, use or performance of Alfie’s Friend Rolfe remains with You. To the extent permitted by law, You release and discharge Alfie’s Friend Rolfe and its related corporations from all forms of direct, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, loss of data or loss or damage that may reasonably have been supposed to have been in the contemplation of the parties as at the date of this Agreement) arising out of or in connection with Alfie’s Friend Rolfe or this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss or damage caused by the negligence of Alfie’s Friend Rolfe or its related corporations.
If you are issued with a password by Alfie’s Friend Rolfe, You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your password. You are liable if an unauthorised person uses your password. You agree to release and forever indemnify Alfie’s Friend Rolfe in relation to any liability howsoever arising out of the unauthorised use of your password.
Notification of changes
Alfie’s Friend Rolfe may add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this Agreement. Your use of the Alfie’s Friend Rolfe service will constitute your deemed acceptance of such changes.
We accept payments through Paypal.
Through your PayPal account you can link your credit card, bank account etc. and know it is being stored securely. From the PayPal site:

Any information we collect is used to assist in providing you with relevant consumer information, notify you of products and offers that may be of interest to you as a valued customer. Any such information will always be accompanied with an easily accessible ‘opt out’ option. We do not disclose your personal information to any entities or individuals outside of Alfie’s Friend Rolfe.

Please note that if you make a purchase with Alfie’s Friend Rolfe via our online store valued over $500, we will contact you prior to dispatch to verify your credit card details and obtain a photocopy and/or scan of a photo ID displaying your full name, as well as a scan of the credit card in use. This is to protect Alfie’s Friend Rolfe and our customers against credit card fraud and we are required by law to obtain this information prior to dispatch.
